GOOD MORNING USA! We are in for a full packed day here in Chicago. We are meeting for coffee early with NNGM and then visiting. At 11 we have our brunch, http://www.sweetandsavoriesrestaurant.com, followed by a double decker bus tour or boat tour of the city and a possible visit to the Lincoln Park zoo/botanical gardens. In honor of today Sweet and Savories is catering our brunch. Hope you all have a great day and I will post pix when I can!

Its amazing how "natural" the conversation was! Make sure she shows you pictures of her and Chris's kitties! They are gorgeous! The avatar does NOT do them justice! Ooooooooh, is it really morning already? Had bath which seems to have helped neck pretty well, was already late then Andy stuck on Casino Royale which I'd never seen but wanted to...so did I head for bed or watch Daniel Craig and THAT shot of him coming out of the water??? Yeah, I watched the film...I am soooo tired, but very excited about today's meet!!! :o)
Morning - or rather good afternoon Mr MCW! Did you get to see Mum today? Did the flowers arrive yesterday? (yesterday would have been Mum & Dad's 50th wedding anniversary). How's my babies? Love you!!

Good morning, all!
Sounds like a lot of fun at all MCW's meets!I'm moving slowly today. Yesterday I worked til one and then met my friend at Panera for tea. GG texted me about getting together, so i got in a nap, and after he was done playing golf, I went to his place and watched tennis. The tennis was pretty horrible, but the company was nice. His brother came home at one point and didn't seem at all surprised to see me there, so I guess GG had mentioned to him about us spending time together.
Anyway, it was a nice evening and we always have so much to talk about.I was going to play tnnis this morning with XBF, but I didn't hear the phone. When I called him back, he told me he hurt his arm playing and can't play today. He's hoping to feel better so we can play tomorrow.
Now I'm hanging out with the boys and I'm going to watch the tennis on tv.

Just went to Auntie Ellen's house to pick something up. My furry neice Abby is so cute!! The vet estimated her to be about 5 months old and just a small cat. She got spayed at the vet I had called and got a special deal because she was a feral. Instead of the $200 for spaying, she got spayed and had her rabies shot for $125. Ellen absolutely adores her!
I brought her a Lickitty and she was very excited :)And good news - turns out, the tumor her dog Rocky has is non-cancerous!!! She just got the results of the second batch of tests today. Yay!

Big yay! Both for Rocky and for Abby! I'm so glad Rocky doesn't have cancer, and how nice that Abby got taken care of for a discount price. Not that she wouldn't be worth it at full price :) So glad that your friend has a new fuzzer to love, GD.

Good morning all, it's another beautiful day here, cool but the sun is warming up quickly and we might even hit 16C(60F)later in the day. I'm having fun with the retaining wall being built below us as there has been an error made in the design and I now have to call the developer and bring it to his attention. I hope he will listen to the concerns of a female & homeowner.

Hi MS - I guess he did. It really wasn't weird at all eventhough I see his brother at the gym all the time. GG told me his dad had toldhim to ask me about our photo shoot at the gym the other night - I wonder if he knows, too? I like his dad and his brother - they're nice guys and I chat with them a lot at the gym.
More than anything, I was happy to spend an evening with GG that didn't strt at eleven or midnight and included going out with his crazy kick ball buddies. -
GD, quality time to be yourselves.
