I have yet to locate Wilma at this point. I have torn the house upside down and inside out. I even tried to get up into the drop ceiling in the basement but didn't see Miss Wilma in there. I am so worried she went and crawled somewhere so I would not find her.

Thinking positive thougths that you find her soon, MC so you can get her to the vet. Poor kitty! Be good Wilma and let your Momma find you so she can help you feel better. Joan, sorry you aren't sleeping well. After this weekend I feel like I could use a couple of hours to snooze. I wanted to take today off but the other admin took the week off and since I am her back up with the payroll time cards, I couldn't take it off.
Had a great time meeting everyone at the TDK SoCal meetup this weekend! It was so much fun sharing a room with KW and 2Popoki (we had a lovely time together) and then meeting up with the rest of the group at the California Pizza Kitchen. We had a very nice and cute waiter who was wearing a name tag of Ian but his name he said was really James. He was very good with all of us and the service was pretty good. I tasted 2BP's apple martini and they are yummy and deadly! I assume I could get pretty toasted on them. Everyone was so wonderful and the food was good. In the picture with Bobby and the tall sundae is my hand as that dessert was what I had. I ate about 1/4 of it as it was too much (made sure to eat all the chocolate fudge sauce with some ice cream).
Thanks to CBM, some of us were picked up and taken to the restaurant and then later on, Linda and MCW were taken to the train and myself and 2Popoki were taken to the airport. I had a lovely chat with 2Popoki while waiting for our flights to be called. Mine was delayed 25 minutes but we got off okay. When I got home, I took a taxi and the taxi drive drove too fast around one at the first left turn out of the airport and we hydroplaned (it was lightly raining when I got to the airport). We did a 360 and ended up facing the wrong way on the road. Thank God there wasn't any cars nearby and when we got going again, I said a prayer to the Blessed Mother to get me home safely. When we were just a block from my house, we almost start hydroplaning again as he hit the accelerator too hard after we had stopped at a stop sign. I didn't give the guy a tip and I almost jumped out of the cab when he got to my apartment building. OMG!!
So it was a very fun and eventful trip. I am so glad I got to meet all who came. Thank you for taking time out of you busy lives to meet-up. I really appreciate MCW taking the time to come over the pond and a very special thanks to Chris for giving her this trip for her birthday. Hugs to you all.
2BP, I hope Ron is doing better (I think you mentioned he had some sort of surgery a couple of days before the meetup). Chris, I know of Swindon (due to a job where I had to send over an HR person to do some hiring in the Wooten Bassett office).

Hellllooooo !!!! I am at w**k, much preferring to be home sleeping! Just as the alarm went off, my second alarm was *meh-ing* in my face and then snuggled in for a cuddle (that would be Mili). I did not want to get up today! I'm so tired.. I cannot imagine home MCW feels!
It's a busy Monday at w**k... so I'd best get after it.

I too am very tired, 2Popoki and am amazed at how much energy that MCW showed us yesterday after all the travel and meetups she has experienced. That is so cute that Mili wanted to snuggle. I love it when Sylvester comes to snuggle next to me when I wake up. So nice to have a warm and purring kitty to wake to. Oh, oh Kykat. Tell work that it is medicinal and that you need it to keep working those long hours you work at times to meet your deadlines.
This morning I hit the snooze button twice and almost hit it a third time when I realized I must get up. When I was ready to leave, Sylvester was being extra purry and affectionate with rubbing his head against my hand. I leaned down to give him a kiss and he rubbed his head against my face. He made it very hard to leave for w**k. It is very busy here at work already and I am finding myself getting annoyed with a few things. I am expected to find some emails from our retail loyalty site member but because the emails came in via an inbox that doesn't show who sent the email, it is going to be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Grrr.
I mistakenly agreed to go to dinner at my step-Grandmother's at 5pm today and am hoping that I can leave by 7pm so I can get home and go to bed early tonight.

LOL @ SMM... I usually get up 5 and finally made it at 5:30 ! Um... my hair is in a bun today. Couldn't deal with washing/drying/curling it !
I plan to download and email the SoCal photos to KW tonight and that's about it. Maybe a load of laundry. Early to bed for me !
