  4. Ok, I knew I bumped this one for a reason. Very useful information here. I am now off to type the ending quotation by Shantideva, print it on bright, happy paper and put it in my office with my favorite things to look at. Well, what do YOU think they are? Pictures of Shaddo, Jiggs and Leela of course!

  7. bumping again...good info in this one. I especially love the very first one (getting into wide open spaces)...that has always made me feel better instantly. And for city dwellers who can't easily find wide open spaces, just a simple walk outside in the early morning or evening...when the city is quieter and calmer...can work wonders.
