  1. Whee!!! 1/2 way to the weekend!!
Feeling much better today. Still have the cold, but not as bad and I feel like a human today.
On the buffet is Dunkin Donuts, Cracker Barrel, and IHOP. Kitteh's ready to take your order and to serve you. Also various kitteh's are around for snuggles as well.
    How is everyone this morning/afternoon/evening?

  2. The girls are waking up so I must run for a bit...brekkie then we have to do some errands. Will be back later. I hope everyone has a great day! Hugs to everyone!!!

  3. CM, I'm pleased you're starting to feel like a human again. It's very unpleasant when you feel so c**p because of a cold.
I'll have some donuts and a kitty to cuddle before I head off to bed very soon.

  4. Hi, there, MS, were you watching Primeval like me? It's very silly but quite enjoyable...

Morning, CM, glad to hear you're so much better! There's nothing worse than being sick, especially when you have a family to look after.

  5. Hey all. I'm back at work, but my back still hurts -a-lot-. Will be calling my doctors today. :-(

  6. Hi, Siobhan, sorry to hear about your back :( . Sounds like the doctor is a good idea.

  7. Morning all!.... almost dressed for work! Heading out shortly, hope everyone has a wonderful day!...... kiss those girls for me CM, Jcat and MS - I've never seen primeval, I used to love Torchwood, but can't get it any more!....
Sio, I hope your back gets better.....it's no fun to w**k when you're in pain!....

    ...... Bye all!

  8. Hi, AV, bye, AV, we miss chatting with you! Have a great day!

  9. Hi Jcat, yes I was. I agree it is very silly but enjoyable. Not as good now that the 'hunk' has been killed off alas but the young bloke is definitely watchable! I'm about to head off to bed, have early wake up to put the rubbish out and go grocery shopping, yuk!
Had a good day in the garden and mowing lawns so I don't get lost hanging out the clothes. Spring is definitely here judging by the grass growth.

  10. Nighty-night, MS, yes, the blue-eyed Scottish hunk was my favourite bit too, all my fave programmes are a bit silly, I consider it an essential element, lol! Sleep well, sweet dreams, I envy your progress in the garden, would you like to swing by mine? I suspect my lawnmower has run out of petrol and after that woman in Australia blew up a petrol station trying to refill hers, I am now too scared to try and do it...

  11. Siobhan, sorry about your back. Hope the doctor can help you with it.
Have a good day AV. See you tonight/tomorrow.

  12. Good morning...night! Everything going okay here.

  13. Morning, LK, glad to hear things are okay with you this morning :)

  14. LOL, our mower petrol tank was bone dry but thankfully(I think) the can still had some in it. Yes, that incident in Australia certainly was frightening, we would get someone to mow our lawns but I just know it would cost us way too much to justify it when we have a mower and are physically able to do it ourselves. Although if MR MS is working out of town or doing long shift much longer we will have to get someone else to do it. It's too much for me all on my own and I can't do the slopes.

  15. It's not my favourite job either, MS, I know I am lazy but it takes me about ten minutes of constant pulling to get the bloomin' thing to start (or, as now, not to start)... Whereas I can get quite into the hedge cutting...

Posted 2 years ago by jcat #

  16. Our mower has an easy pull start thankfully, even the girls could get it to start when they were about 12 or 13. It's great for engineers 'old' arms and worn out shoulders.
Bed calling now. Goodnight all, have a wonderful day and Jcat you have a good sleep if Libs and Jasper allow it.

  17. You too, MS, yep, I'm hoping they don't want to play musical doors tonight...

  18. Hi everyone! Had a lovely visit with MCW last night. Thank you, hubby, for taking me!

Posted 2 years ago by JoanfromNewJersey #

  19. Joan, tell us more, did you see her at her hotel? Will she be safely home by now? What a nice hubby you have :)

Posted 2 years ago by jcat #

  20. I could not have done this without hubby. He and I met her at her hotel by the airport. Had something to eat, chatted endlessly of course, and we took some pictures. Bobby was hiding from me, so Leela came instead to pose for pictures. Her flight is 9am EST, so given the time difference, she will spend most of her day in the air.
I had a dream last night that a large plane flew right over me and I was waving wildly, knowing she was on the flight!
    Bye-bye for now, MCW!

  21. That's so nice, she spent her time with TDKers right up until the moment she left... I hope she has a nice sleep on the plane because I suspect she could do with one...

Posted 2 years ago by jcat #

  22. Good Morning and Good Night to the NZ TDKers!
I haven't had a donut in years(really!), so I am eying up that chocolate glazed Duncan Donut :) If I could eat anything I wanted, it would be donuts and cake! I hope everyone has a good day! {{Hugs}} to those not feeling well and to those with sick kitties!

  23. Nighty-night, Katthays and good morning to you! I am just off to bed now. Hope you and everyone else has a lovely day and I hope that all the sick kitties will be well on the road to recovery by the time I log back in.

  24. Sleep well, JC! Sweet dreams :)

  25. Morning, all. I'm still sad that I couldn't make it over to Newark to see Jen and meet Joan :( Just curious, Joan, how late did you stay?

Posted 2 years ago by Kilroy #

  26. Morning all.... I will take a cuddly kit, and some yummy fruit!! I have only had a few hours of sleep. I am waiting for someone but if they aren't here in 5 min I am going back to sleep! My daughter is still sick. I am not a am person, even gallo is tired!

  27. Hi Kilroy - she got to the hotel around 9:20; we hung out till almost 11:30. It was so funny, we were sitting in the lobby watching the shuttles come in. Hubby didn't know what MCW looked like, but I gave him a brief description. He said "red travel pillow - that's her". When I saw the pink suitcase, it sealed it for me. My husband is an incredibly observant person; he should have been a detective!

Posted 2 years ago by JoanfromNewJersey #

  28. See, now I *know* I couldn't have gone; I wouldn't have gotten home until upwards of 1am. Booooo. Glad you had a good time, though; please post pictures :)

Posted 2 years ago by Kilroy #

  29. I've got a little disposable camera that I have to get developed. Just the last 2-3 are TDK but I will try to post them when I get them developed. I started another disposable, but there's around 25 pics left to take. I will do what is tradition in our family - take kitty pictures to finish the roll! Paint your pretty claws and shine up your tiara, Miss Leela!
