   The kitten monopolizes all play time. If I try to pull a shoestring around for Jasmine to play with, Kensho immediately gets into it and she's left on the sidelines. The result is I never get to play with her anymore. I'm wondering if it might be a good idea to shut Kensho into a bedroom for a few minutes so I can play with her.

   go ahead, it might even teach Kensho to share :) but he's probably just extra enthusiastic because of his age. hopefully you get playtime with both you babes.

   It would be good for Jasmine to get some quality time with you. She'll appreciate being able to play without her pesky little brother bugging her. If you wait until Kensho is taking a nap, he might not even know he's being ignored.

   No problem with that Mojo. I sometimes have to close a door on sumi minx, to reassure miso that she's my girl.

   I do this with mine so they each get "me" time. When "me" time is done and I let them together they all get a couple of "kitty snacks" so it ends on a good thought.
