oh goodness, that had to be the longest pet visit ever. ok, so i dropped spaz off this morning around 8 this morning, i waited till 3:30, then went to the vet and they told me he was ready, but then i asked them (even though i wrote it down) about what he needs to take for his for his tape worms then i waited an hour. they brought spaz out and while we were in line to pay and spaz threw up so they took him back to check him out and i waited like and hour and a half then they brought spaz out. and the vet carried spaz out and as we were walking out he told me "i think i pissed your husband off". i thought he was joking at first but he actually pissed my husband off. the vet didnt know my name and joey called to see if someone picked spaz up and the guy said no but i was there for 3 hours. i dont have a cell phone anymore, so joey couldnt contact me. so after joey called the vet, he called the hospital, and my mom, and he also called the police department, having his friend driving him all over town looking for me. as soon as i got home i called joey i couldnt get my skype to work properly so i couldnt tell what my husband was saying. so i was worried about him. but also i was trying to get spaz to lay down, because as soon as we got home he got out of his bag and started attacking it. this cat wasnt groggy at all. i mean on the ride home he was trying to get out of the bag. this cat is a fighter, after getting fixed he wants to play. i love my little boy =] and my husband too

Hi Amy -
What a day indeed! Leela was supposed to be groggy the evening I picked her up from her spa day last October, but she was wild for hours.
If the pill pockets don't work, try mushing a bit of tuna around the pill.

Ya know? I'm not sure. It's apparently just a little snip-snip. Perhaps so small it doesn't need stitches. I don't remember stitches with my boys. Girls are higher maintenance. :)

oh i know it cherrakee was very high maintenance when we got her fixed, shes not now, she is a true country girl, loves being outside she knows the woods better than any human, her her litter brother and tigar know those woods and thay are all healthy, and very tough too, cherrakee had a huge snake in her mouth dead and she had her chest poofed like she was proud trotting it from the woods to my moms house and my mom freaking out. yah she killed it. how bout that for a female cat with no front claws, she is tough as nails.

Cherrakee sounds like our late Smokie. She was a long hair black Main Coon, and her specialty was snakes - yuk!
