    I just ordered a car seat from Target.com...Abbie needs to get out of her carrier and into a bigger car seat, so she will get Maddie's since that is a convertible car seat and can be till the girls are 100lbs..but those are pricey so I just got Maddie a booster seat since she will be 3 and can sit in one of those now. 50.00 with shipping..not bad I guess but holy cow...

    So Halloween, Maddie will be a girl pirate and Abbie is going to be a little ladybug. The prices they want for these costumes for the little ones is highway robbery since they will wear it once and for an hour...so we went cheap this year. sad but true.

    CM, it would be silly to spend loads of money on a costume the girls will wear once, for an hour, I think you're doing the right thing.

    MS, hope to finish up moving from the old house to the new one. Mom's strokes and then the passing put a stop to moving, good thing I have really good friends who packed up most of the house and moved it for me.

    CM, not a bad price for the booster. You might want to check with the local fire department and see if they have a program for the boosters and/or car seats, sometimes they have them to give to citizens.

    Night jcat..sorry to have missed you. Have a great Monday. Abbie is up and trying to get breakfast for her. We are pretty much off of baby food now and we are eating "real food"...back later!
