   I feel like candle light and soft music. Perhaps a warm breeze from NZ will help! The chefs have prepared a lovely salad bar this evening. I recommend the romaine and field greens with some sliced beef and bleu cheese. Come grab a salad, the fountains are flowing and bartenders are on call. The gin martinis are wonderful--extra olives please. I know WWM olives = salt, but I can not help myself. Kittehs are in need of laps and cuddles.

   Oh how nice! Thank you for the lovely set up, I'll take a salad with Romaine, cheese and chicken, with a martini w/ extra olives (yes i am a salt fiend) and a sweet kitty on my lap. Today was fairly calm. I'm now crocheting and watching a movie until my show comes on! how have you been SM?

   Hi SM and SB...just put Abbie to bed..I am sure she will be up in an hour or so to eat but that's okay. Maddie is at the park with Wayne..but it's getting dark here already so they will be home soon.

   Hugs to the MC household tonight. I am sure the girls are scared and Wilma feels icky. I pray they can find out what is wrong with her! I would be beside myself as I am sure you are MC.

    I'm praying a big cloud of healing over everyone and thir babies because it seems that there is way too much going wrong health-wise! As one of my former students used to say... I just wants for everything to be sparkly rainbows! (I love that she said that and its been my quote in hard times!)

    You know I have lost 6 pounds since Austin and I am still eating. I have to wonder. Actually I lost more than that because when I weighed in this morning I was down 2 pounds from the ER the day before. I have to wonder if this is a weight loss plan?

    Whew!... what a day!..... got a good start on "resurecting" my hard drive, and made some good progress with my staff!.... I'm bushed!..... dinner was easy, left over gumbo and a quick salad!.... it was yummy!.....

    well Abbie just woke up...fed her and put her back down. Maddie and Wayne are home and we have to get Maddie to bed in a few.
    SM..yea for weight loss..but I have a feeling, it's not the right way ((SM))

    I just read a blurb that Jaclyn Smith tried to commit suicide and is in critical condition with a gunshot to her head. How sad...

    She loves it! She is going over there again this Saturday. Her and Grandma have all sorts of fun :)

    I don't see any other news about Jaclyn Smith so maybe that story was wrong. I hope so.

    I am so glad she had fun! Grandmas are pretty amazing!

    I am glad it wasn't true. You have to admit her name is on peoples tongues--sometimes bad news is good news for a celebrity. Although the Mackenzie Phillips story is really sad. After 30 years to take it public that you had sex with your father. Seems like that might best be saved for therapy sessions.

    Ewww, I didn't know that about Mackenzie Phillips. There were some very strange things going on with that bunch, I know.

    That salad does sound really wonderful. I think I will add a few dried cherries and some balsamic vinegar dressing. Yumm. Candles and soft music sounds pretty good too! We are at the end of our business year so things at the office are crazy right now. I probably won't be on much this next week.

    NNGM I put dried cherries on a salad recently and loved it! I am now adding all kinds of dried fruit to salads as well as fresh when in season. Make sure you have some chocolate stashed NNGM--those crazy weeks might lead to needing a nibble or two. Year end is wonderful isn't it?

    I love Top Chef, but can't stomach Hell's Kitchen. Watched all of 10 minutes and my stomach rolled. I'll leave you to it. Glad to hear that the job is coming along nicely! Sweet Dreams!

    Aha! Now I know where our warm breeze has gone and why it's cold here today. SM has breezenapped it. It's raining and cold and miserable here today but I'm thinking about Mr MS who has to work outside in it all.
    Had a txt from KK, Dara has been to the vet and apparently has a cold and now has meds. I wonder if that was what Shadz had 2 weeks ago, she was snotting and sneezing as if she had a cold but that doesn't explain the swollen throat. She's much better now and almost finished her meds.

    I just got yelled at because I didn't do his laundry! What the hell part of laying in hospital bed did he not understand or comprehend! What part of we need to start treatment for kidney cancer did he not understand today? He takes the day off to go with me to the hospital because this is important, and yet he yells at me because he doesn't have laundered and pressed pants.
