By the way, Wolfie has showed his displeasure by peeing on Jake's pillow, and Teensie sprayed the chair. This literally translates to "I'm pissed!"

Just Found a Moo Kitten in the Driveway!! (Catwoman)

CW, that non clumping litter wasn't purchased by mistake, it was really just waiting for an occasion to happen and it finally did. She sounds so sweet.

She is doing very well, slept in my bed last night and has mastered use of the litterbox. Wolfie has grudgingly accepted her. A friend of mine who wants a kitty or two is coming over Friday afternoon to meet the 4 fosters and the little kitty and adopt one or two. She will keep them indoors and says she will spoil them. I am really torn because I love Tibby, Beau, Alec and Bella and have already become attached to this darling little one too, but I simply do not have the finances to feed and vet everyone. :-(

Oh I hope your friend gives little biscuit a loving home! You are an angel to have rescued her!

CW...did you get a chance to watch the new show the other night...Good Wife...? There was a crazy cat Lady in it. Kitties on chairs,counters...everwhere you looked. We have to be crazy in order to endure such large amts. of Fuzzy Love. You & Wolfie are doing wonderful things for them. Amd who would think that Wolfie would be such a wonderful surrogate?

Money..the root of all things good and evil. We struggle to keep our beloved 4 fed and yet the woman's cat next door birthed another litter and her 4 kittens are 12 weeks old and this time it doesn't look like she's even going to find homes for them. We managed to get some dented cat food cans and a small bag of high end cat food from the pet supply store for a discounted price so that we can keep this mother and her kittens fed. We're feeding them on their own turf so as to keep them from feeling as though our home is theirs. Yet they're not stupid...they know where their food is coming from. Argh!! They're so cute and innocent. I keep hoping she'll find homes for them and get her calico mother spayed...but I'm getting really scared that she just doesn't give a damn. =( I fear I too will become the proverbial crazy cat lady. Wait...I am crazy...I am a cat lady...A-R-G-H!!!!!!!!!
CW you're one of the sweetest 'crazy cat' ladies I know. Bless you sweetie! -
Bless you CW! You are an angel to these kitties and they see the secret sign of the cat over your home. Sounds like little Biscuit kitty is an adorable one and I hope it finds a home either with you or with your friend.
Karenopa, does the neighbor's calico ever come close enough for you to catch it and take it to one of those free neuter clinics? If the woman won't be responsible, then she will find out someone else will take the cat away. We have a mobile one that comes around the SF Bay Area. I actually saw an ad on TV the other night.

Congratulations on Baby Biscuit!
I can understand the other cats: "Well, what do you think! That last rescue painted a sign on the door!" "I hate having to share our Meowmy!" "Me, too. Let's all hiss at her!"
Sounds like the baby is going to be fine. And so will the others with their dear little out-of-joint noses.
When Ruggles first joined us, Rotley stayed in a snit, harrassed the poor little fellow and chased him upstairs and down.
Now?
Ruggles is bigger.
Much bigger.
Rotley is finally respectful.
Both are very affectionate.
Proof that time heals everything!
