  1. Here's a message I just got from Paul...thought I'd share it! Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

    Karen,
So far things are looking up. I made the first load of fur kids back home and everything seems to be working at the moment. I cleaned the compressor unit for the AC, replaced the filter and drained some water out of a couple of the ducts. Looks like I may have to replace the burner assembly on my hot water heater. I do have to make one more trip back to Doraville and get the other 3 cats including Lady who likes to hide...
    Paul

Paul...Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs 'n' Headbonks to you and the crew. Stay safe! Your area is just a real nightmare with more rain coming. Ugh!!! {{{Paul}}} {{{Crew}}} Be Good Little Lady!!!

  2. Thanks for the update Karen...I'm glad to hear he is able to go home and not too much damage upon return. I'll keep him in my thoughts and prayers as well as all others who are dealing with those devastating floods.

  6. Thanks for the update Karen. Glad to hear things are fixable. Sorry you had to go through this, Dragonwing. Lady be good and allow yourself to be caught. Uncle Dragonwing is only trying to take care of you till your momma has her own place again. Sending hugs and prayers.

  7. Oh! I have been out of the loop, I guess. Did Paul get caught in the
    Georgia floods?

  8. Wow, I saw the other thread. 500 homes in Austell? That is heartbreaking. I don't carry flood insurance because I assume I will never need it, but now I am rethinking that decision...

  9. Yes...it's so horrible that so many have lost their homes in Paul's area. I wonder how many of them had flood insurance? It was heartbreaking to watch the news on this. =(
