  2. That is exciting Sammy'smum, and you're right you can never replace a cat but you can give the love you have to another one. Have you thought about what type/colour/fur length of kitty you would like. I like to let the kitty choose me.

  10. Awwww. Fell asleep in her litter tray? Well, it's pretty traumatic to go to a new home. Why Sharne, is that special in some way? I love to hear about the background of our kitty names.

  11. Oh, SM, how wonderful! She will never replace Sammy, and you will always remember and love him, but that is the wonderful thing about kitties, there is always enough room in our hearts to love one more. And I think she will give you much joy to help with your sadness. {{{HUGS}}}

  15. SM, I'm very sorry about Sammy. I am happy that you chose to give a kitten a home; Sharne will help you through your loss of Sammy, and will create new memories, with cuddles and playtime all the way!

  23. Aw, congrats on the new baby. I'm happy for you and a lil bit jealous :) I can't wait to see picture of the lil cutie. I have an American Shorthair, they share some similar features of the British shorthair. I think the British have lil bit wider rounder face?

    Posted 2 years ago by ama58873 #

  24. Yes, AMA, they do. Stockier body build, also.

    Welcome home, little Sharn.
