  1. I am at my conference and am on a break so I tought I would check in. Its been an exciting and very info packed day. Tomorrow I have a second day of sessions about all sorts of topics related to being a Medical Technician and then at 5 I go to Austin to pick up flagpole and her meds and sunday we go back to Lubbock. Monday I pick up my dogs from boarding and I go to work in the pm. WooHoo, aint life grand :-D

  5. I am. I bought some stuff at the auction for the scholarship fund. I got a very nice painting and a cutsie framed pic that says "will you crow old with me" and a stuffed kitty. Tomorrow is the next part of my conference.

    I will be glad to see my furr babies, but I dont think they will be as happy to see me since I will be bringing another elderly cat with a bad attitude home

  7. TKN I have a feeling the attitude will change with a little TLC and becoming part of your crew. I an glad the conference is going well. I wanted to stay home tomorrow, but alas I feel that kid of mine has other plans--she bought tickets to the Beatle's Tribute show. They have always been my favorite--although the posters don't hang on my wall anymore.

  8. Well this cat has had it in for me for years, but she has calmed over the years. She is nothing like her half sister WeeOne, but I like her all the same.
    We have had seminars on epidemology and microbiology today, both of which I love. I am now ata little hip cafe having. Fresh spinach anf feta omlet with a ginger bread pankcake.
    The I am looking fwd to the afternoon sessions and then heading to austin.

  10. That was one of the best omlets I have ever had. Definitly have to recomend Cafe Cappicino in Waco TX to everyone now
