Day is flying by...girls are eating lunch. I made some fried cabbage and noodles for my lunch...still on the stove..Wayne went out to get some mulch and a haircut...I still am not dressed! one of those days..at least the girls are :)

Well, since I last posted, Harry has spent pretty much the whole time behind the bookcase. He can't be terribly comfortable, as there's cables coiled behind there, and it's certainly less comfy that the assortment of beds we'd put out in the sitting room for him!! I was hoping to start basic introductions tonight, but maybe not...

He mentioned that since I like beer, he wants to take me to a restaurant he knows that has beer from a ton of different countries - he wants us to have Danish beer. Don't think I can wear my dress there, though :)I just got in over an hour of tennis with XBF - yay! We played in the middle of the day, but there was a bit of a breeze so it wasn't so bad. Hopefully I'll be ready for my first match this week.
MCW, I hope Harry emerges from behind the bookcase soon - tell him he needs to come out so we can get some pictures :)

Monday morning here, CM. And it was dark when I got up as we went to daylight savings time yesterday. So when the clock said 5.30 it was really 4.30! I don't think I have caught up on the hour I lost yet. May need a power nap at my desk today.

Welcome home Harry! Congrats MCW. We are hving a spare the air day here. It is very hazy out with temps around 78 degrees. Both cats are snoozing. I am watching re-runs of Mad Men on the telly. Nice and quiet this morning. Usually can count on most Sundayd being nice and quiet. Not every Sun though.

Thank you, KW. I'm not really all that tall, I just work with very short people. I'm 5"8 and a bit, which is average in Denmark. The first thing I noticed when getting off the plane in the states were how short the women were compared to Danish women :)
I got my tennis in and blew off my coworkers for a movie marathon. Took a nap and now watching the Dolphins lose.

Wow GD, we are about the same height then. I thought you were taller than that. Though I haven't measured myself since I had vetebrae removed back in May. I would assume (?) that I have gotten a wee bit shorther. Sorry to hear about your storms in NZ MS. Yuck! I was soooooooooo excited, Miss Betty came out and snorgled with me for about half an hour. She is getting more brave!

Harry finally emerged from behind the bookcase about an hour and a half ago, I'd been the other side of the Shut Door spending some time with the others when Chris called me - he (Chris) had dozed off and woken up to see Harry scoffing some more food and then using his tray (yay!). He (Harry) then proceeded to walk through the tray (oops) and then jump onto Chris' lap. He snuggled right down and by the time Chris realised he had a damp patch on his trousers, he was waaaay too smitten by this purring, comfy boy!
Harry is now having another good explore of the sitting room, we did have Eric in for about half an hour (some growling from Harry and some wide eyes from Eric), but now everyone else has gone to bed (I'm staying in the sitting room with Harry on his first night).
And as I type, Harry is using his tray again for his first poo! - and guess what? He's not the burying type!!

LOL MCW!..... Cuddles is a "top pooper" too!... she never burries!..... Abby, on the other hand, burries to China!..... I really have to dig for hers!... LOL.....
... whew!... just got in from a nightmare of a day!.... I showed property this afternoon, and of course, at the property the furthest away from me (about 30 min).... my car died!... yep, couldn't put it in gear, nothing, natta!...... *sob*.... so I called AAA, who came and towed me to my commercial buildings in town (close to my mechanic for Monday, and I try and find someone to get me home!.... Hubbs' phone must have died, cause he didn't pick up after 100 missed calls..... Mom & sis weren't home, it was my nieces' birthday party... so finally, my best girlfriend came and got me and drove me home!... I owe her BIG time!.... could someone please give me a LARGE martini, and perhaps hit me over the head with a sledge hammer so I'll not wake for a few DAYS!...... *whining*....
