Hi SM, in answer to your comment on the Cafe, showers in October bring long lawns in November! Probably flowers too. When we get a week of great weather early in Spring it is usually followed by the rest of Spring being really c**p weather and that's what this year is proving yet again. I'm off to heat up soup for lunch now. Back later on.

... THUD!........ lands safely in the NightShift!..... *peers around*... hmmmm... funny that all large "hammers" and striking objects have been removed......probably a good thing!... LOL
.....*gulps* martini and sighs!..... could today have been worse?...... yeah, I might have had a JERK for a tow guy!..... but actually he was a nice kid... told me his entire life story on the ride to my house... wife, 2 kids, typical good American guy!......
...... how is everyone else?..... I can't whine the entire night away with my problems!..... sounds like soup is on the menu, Joan had a lovely beach weekend, and Harry is settling in nicely! Miss Wilma is doing well... good news happens too!!! (thank God)

Hi MC!... hanging in there!.... today was not my idea of fun!... to top it all off, there was a Bucs game (professional football) in town, and that clogged traffic for miles!...... it was a very frustrating and aggrivating day!...

OOH, yes martini's all around. I think Wilma is settling back in and as I said on the cafe thread, SOMEONE is eating me out of house and home! I think it is Wilma though I have not actually seen her eat. Now if i could only get the girls to get along again......

Yay Wilma is eating, Harry is pooping in the right place and AV is home safe :)
It's only 8pm and I am exhausted...I pray Abbie sleeps through the night..I think I saw a little tooth today trying to pop through so I think that has been her issue for a while now.

i need some stomach soothing, brain soothing food. the guy upstairs was a real putz all day, running around the apt with his girlfriend chasing his big dog (a golden retriever) who jumped up and down, ran around, and barked all day. it was like they weren't aware or even cared that somebody lived on the first floor and could hear everything going on on their bare wood floors...

The hubby suprised me again--must be he is trying to make up for the laundry crack--either that or he would like me to not starch his boxers! I make a killer crease! I have not a T-bone with daughter, but a tiny ribeye! That is my favorite cut of meat next to prime rib--which technically is the same part of the cow. Anyway I had a very rare steak! It was awesome!

I'm doing great, CM. Had a good day with son helping him get his grocery and other shopping done. He is very careful about staying within his budget.
Hi, Cheri. I hope the upstairs neighbors settle down quietly for the night. My kits sound like a herd of elephants when they run after one another upstairs. I can't imagine what a large dog must sound like! If it is running on a wood floor it must sound like "thump, thump, thump, slide, BOOM" as it skids into walls. lol
