No charges in MySpace suicide case

  1. Let this be a lesson to the people of Missouri--if the law is broken, fix it before there is another victim!

    I'm sure a crafty enough prosecutor could have made a case of Involuntary Manslaughter stick, though. That charge dances awfully close to "ham sandwich" territory!

  2. So sad, I honestly hope that the County Prosecutor never has a family member that is bullied such as this young girl was. And I hope that the family (adults and child) that were responsible for the bullying remember this for the rest of their days.

  3. I think the idiot 18 yr.old that sent the last e-mail to Megan should be held accountable for something. Those women need counseling really bad. They are truly sick doing what they did

  4. I hope Megans fam sues the other fam. They deserve to pay for what they did. That is unconcionable for anyone to do. Bullying is never ok.
