Morning, everyone, the kitties know that many of us are in need of support and cheering up this morning, so they are anxious to feed you up with your favourite foods, pour you steaming cups of coffee and tea and chocolate and snuggle into your laps, purring up a storm.
Has anyone got an exciting Saturday planned?

Not really maybe shelves for under the windows for the cats to lie on. Put a couple up in the family room (tv room) and they absolutely love it, they get to watch the birds and lizards outside.
Watching the Phillipines getting hit again with another typhoon, how much more can they endure :(

Morning friends. I am here at work today. I needed to come here and clear my head. I am so sad at home. Especially as lovey as Wilma was last night and Betty this morning. It is too hard to be around them right now. I am coming and cleaning and shredding old patient files from what seems like centuries ago. I hope all is well in your little corner of the world. Morning/evening Deb and Jcat. The poor Philippines with their weather. Mr MS works with several Filipinos and their families had to evacuate with the last typhoon and their properties were looted and totally stripped, nothing at all left. Thet only have what they took with them. The men in the company are all donating what they can so the families can buy replacements.

Morning all - Hugs to all that need one today - MC extra special one for you.
Having a tidy up day today and then off to see Rob's Dad at the hospital with his grandma. Rob has cricket ground duties all day today to get it tidy as a Gypsy camp gatecrashed it and its left it in a terrible state. They want to do it now before it gets too cold.
It's terrible, isn't it, MS? Two typhoons in the Philippines, two earthquakes in Indonesia and thousands dead, the tragedy in Samoa... Sometimes I find the news too hard to watch.
On a happier note, I was wondering whether you hadn't logged in because your lovely new bed was so comfy that you and Mr MS and Shadz had just slept straight around the clock...

Maddie is excited jcat..she keeps saying..Catie's party...over Aunt Sue's...It's more of a get together since she's 24 but Maddie doesn't care and she just loves that part of my family which is nice. Sue is my sister and she is 61 and we just started getting "close" when my mom passed. We have the same mom, but different fathers.

CM, I'm ashamed to admit, I can't remember if Maddie's birthday is still coming up or whether she's had it yet. I know you and Wayne were working hard to get ready for it, cleaning the deck and everything... But no wonder she's excited, I bet she's in a birthday mood :)
I remember when I was little, it was lovely when big girls paid attention to you, it made you feel so grown-up to have grown-up friends :)

Maddie's birthday is on the 19th and we are having her party on the 18th. She is so excited..she keeps saying, she gets a cake and ice cream and birthday hats :)
She was born on our 5th anniversary :) So we have to celebrate our 8th anniversary sometime around then too...lol...we get lost in the shuffle now but that's okay. Maddie is the best anniversary gift I ever got :)

LOL, Jcat I was busy looking at evening/cocktail/bridesmaid dresses yet again on TM. Just has Shadz asleep hanging over my shoulder but have tucked her up in the beanbag now. The bed was very nice, plenty of support for a back that was sore from pulling and heaving the darned thing upstairs. I'm off up to it fairly soon.

lol Pika..when my mom was alive and in the hospital..we knew she would be okay because she wanted a cigarette and a cup of coffee...so then we knew, yep..she's fine now.
It's hard to have loved ones in the hospital. I spent so much of my time there with my mom and I hope I don't have to do it again ever...

*Fred and Cricket immediately jump through the wormhole to see Wilma and Betty too. Fred says hi to Betty and runs to Wilma's side, giving her kisses and holding her paws. Cricket gives Wilma a kiss on the cheek and a hug and then goes to Betty for a big hug and they watch Fred dote on Wilma*
