Morning all! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday!!
I got up at 5:30 this morning to bring out all the stuff for the garage sale, and just as I was hauling the last of the stuff downstairs it started to RAIN ~ and I don't mean a light rain, either :-( So, since I had no intention of putting out any furniture (or anything else for that matter) in the rain, I turned right around and hauled all the stuff back up to the attic :-( Grrrrr!!! We've now had over an inch of rain here in about four hours.
None of my immediate neighbors have anything out for the garage sale either, but I've seen plenty of cars driving thru the neighborhood obviously looking to shop ~ silly people!!! It's raining cats and dogs outside!
Ah, well, we really DO need it, it's been drought conditions for most of this year in South Texas....
Hurray for Harry, MCW! Remember Dewey the Library Cat? He was an orangy, too; maybe all orangies are drawn to the books ;-)

Oh, GD, that's too bad; at least you've got computer access ;-) to keep you from going bonkers! I loved Bobby's veggie video; he's such a hoot! I seem to remember from somewhere that one of the side effects of pheno is drowsiness, so maybe since you're cutting back on Bobby's meds he's feeling friskier lately.

Oh, dear - I'm afraid that no one will be seeing Hazel. I got so tired of her promising to be here on Mondays and then never showing up, that I had to bean her with my whack-bonk stick. I'm sorry! :-(
KM, are you selling that gorgeous armoire? If we had a place for it, and could get it back to Midland, I would have bought it because it is so beautiful.
Taking PM's advice, I have frozen the rest of my casserole.

Hi all! Home from work and I got SO much done! I was proud of myself. I threw out so much stuff and organized so much more! I am proud of that. Finally I was getting a little short tempered cause people wouldn't leave me alone (I like to be liked don't get me wrong) so I decided to pack it up for the day. Right now I have a snuggle Wilma on my lap and a very unhappy Betty across the room.

Good afternoon all. I seemed to have caught a light cold or have allergies. Felt cold at work last two days and yesterday my nose was so itchy. Coughing and feeling extra tired this morning. Have maintenance guy fixing my front door now. The door wouldn't lock. The building is old and falling apart. Owner doesn't seem to want to spend the money to really fix the place up. I need to do some laundry soon or do it tomorrow with leaning towards tomorrow.

We are off to a Symphony Pops concert. The one tonight is called Abbamania and the guest artists is the group Jeans and Classics out of Canada. We saw them do an "Eagles" concert last year and you would have sworn it was the Eagles. Seeing as how we adore Abba music, this one should be fun!
