You have to register with the gravatar site, and upload pics there. Once you have uploaded, you pick a picture for your icon and confirm it. Once that happens it should take a few minutes and it should show up here when you log into TDK

Hi, Paige. Go to your profile here and then click on "edit." You will see a link to add or change your gravatar. Click on the link and you will be taken to a gravatar website. Follow the directions there to upload a photo. You may not be able to view it right away when you return to the Daily Kitten. If you don't see the photo, try clearing your cache (hold down Control and F5 keys on a PC).
