Okay the doors are open and the grill is warming. Might I suggest a nice flame kissed steak or grilled salmon! Seasonal vegatables are in abundance! I suggest the squash. Of course the bakery has been working over time to create thing to tempt your tastebuds. The German Sweet Chocolate Cake is exceptional!!!!

Taken in proper quantity vicodin works okay. There is the fine line between seeing things that don't exist and feeling less pain. See the specialist Monday so I am on my way. I should be working on a paper--afraid I might let my opinions run rampant at the moment, so I will restrain myself for the moment.

awwww Wilma...you will find her..I hope! She has a good hidey hole. I hope you get good news tomorrow MC..I am keeping her in my prayers, as well as you.
SM, I know that feeling about letting opinions run rampant, best to step back for a bit :) Just take it easy, I don't want you to be in more pain. You are also in my thoughts and prayers.
Time for bed for me. I am beat getting up a few times in the night with Abbie. She might be getting more teeth or something...whatever it is I am beat!

MC, I'm good, the boys are great!! How are YOU doing? I think of you every day and pray for you, keep good thoughts for you!
SM, no honey, not shoe leather - lol. A good ribeye can be cooked well with lots of flavor and tenderness intact. *whispers* It's in the marbling. :) Add some garlic butter and fly on winged feet right to heaven!!
AV, they are funny and awesome. So much fun to have and just the most loving babies a mama could ever ask for. They have discovered the laser pointer and laughs ensue. Dr. Tom is their vet and he always tells me, "You sure like them striped cats dontya?" He pronounces it 'stri-ped'. He's an awesome vet, an older former rodeo guy who wears way too tight starched Wranglers, boots, and a belt buckle every bit as big as his head. The kitties love him and I can see why. It's always a blessing to have a caring vet.

Miss Wilma had surgery last week and Betty is all fit to be tied since then. I have to take Wilma in tomorrow to have her staples out. She may have lymphoma, a type of cancer, praying that she doesn't. Hugs to the boys!

Oooo SM I pass the cows (you know they are always hanging out in some pasture on the side of the road here) and talk about the ribeyes and burgers that are now on the hoof but will serve us all well later. My siblings and friends think I'm wrong to do that until I point it out when we go to the steakhouse LOL. Of course I will share dinner with all kitties!! lol. I want to see the pictures too!
