Hello TDK family! It has been so very busy for me this last week or so. Abbey and Jason are still in Florida attending to the funeral and burial of Jason's grandfather. The whole process has totally exhausted Abbey. I am a little worried about her. No one is looking after her. I wish they would realize that the long car trip, a flight from Florida to Atlanta to Cleveland in one day. With layovers! They buried the grandfather and had the same flight business that evening back to Florida! I know it is just me being worried about my girl but please! She is having a rough pregnancy with terrible headaches and bad hip pain and no one seems to care. They have been there for 8 days and won't be back here until Thursday. I am totally frustrated. She is tired out, being ignored and no one is seeing to her comfort! They have Jason so twisted up that he is not paying good attention. Sorry to vent but geeze. As far as I go, my new job is kicking my backside. I am so very busy. It is a good job but so much more work. To add insult to injury my computer at work is toasted. Totally dead. They ordered me a new one and I will get it on Thursday. I'm pretty excited about that! I do have all six kitties in the house. George has finally quit hissing and swatting at everyone. Nora still likes the space under the bed and Nicky, well Nicky is just Nicky. Wilbur, T-Do and Hadley are having a good time. George has been sitting on my lap and purring. I am scooping all the time but it is so much fun having all of them here. Black and white kitties everywhere. It has taught me that 6 kitties in my house is a bunch of kitties! They are so sweet. So all is well here. I have almost recovered all the way from my fever. I hope that all of you are well and happy. I have not had time to catch up on everyone. I will try to read all this weekend. Thanks for your prayers and thoughts for Abbey and Jason. I'm sure that when they get home that Abbey will enjoy reading them. Again, sorry to gripe and vent but I feel better already. WWM, it was almost 90 today! The humidity is through the roof and I hate it. Wish I had some dry west Texas weather! We are supposed to have a cold front on Saturday. I'm excited! Hope all our Texas meet up group is doing well and Jen, well I wish I was in the UK! At least it would be cooler there. Love you all.

Hi, PT!! I'm sorry Abbey is having such a rough time with her pregnancy. She is due fairly soon, isn't she? I enjoyed meeting the two of you in Austin. :)
Enjoy those extra kitties while you can. :)

Continued prayers Puddytat. I have been through that. I was pregnant with my daughter when hubby's grandma died. It was a rough trip. It is most important that she takes care of herself. She is the only one that can take care of her son, and to do that she has to put herself first even if no one notices she is there. My prayers are with her that she can get rest and stay strong.

Charles Stewart Graf is due on January 6. I think he is going to arrive between Christmas and New Years. What do I know I am only the grandmother! Thanks so much for all of your thoughts. It means so much to me that I have a place to talk about my concerns and worries. It really helps.

Puddytat, I know that you are worried about Abbey. And I'm sure that she is probably running on pure adrenalin alone now. Poor Charles must wonder where the heck he is now! I hope that when Thursday comes and goes, and Abbey is back home, that she will take time to relax and put her very tired feet up. She will definitely need some mothering by then!
It has been much cooler here this afternoon. This morning it was so humid that I thought it was foggy. In reality, it was humidity! We didn't know what to think about that and so I contented myself with doing what nice girls in Houston do..... sweat!
So glad you are feeling better!
