   Tom has hugely recovered from his liver issues--they have taken him off the transplant list because he has had a (very) rare recovery, to some extent. Eventually he will need a liver, BUT NOT NOW!!! How great is that?? My son will be going in next month for extensive reconstructive surgery, but his life will go forward so much faster from there--they are saying he is a miracle (we TDK'ers already knew that!!!). And Tom and I adopted, from a rescue, a 12 week old female, Boston terrier mix!! We are gonna be "new" parents all over again, sans litterbox!

   Shelley this is great news! How wonderful--I know you and Tom can now more enjoy time together and plan for a long and happy marriage! I am glad your son is improving--I am certain he would love to get his life back to more normal!

    Great to hear from you Shelley! So glad you have a new baby too! Her official name could be Cambridge ( to play of the Boston part) with Cammie as her nickname! We need pics! Great news about Tom and your son. This is a place of miracles.

    That's such wonderful news Shelley! You must be walking on clouds! What did you name your new puppy? I bet she's really cute. Wish we could see pics! I'm so happy for your son's upcoming surgery...What a long road you all have traveled. Hugs to you, hubby and the whole family! =)
