   i've had no caffeine today, i am about to have an orange and crawl into bed. i have my kitty purr cd and plenty of batteries, abd pain meds. i should be set !!!

   i fell asleep from 12 to 3, then 4 to 9:30 am, i am really changing my sleep schedule !!!
