    Yes...I agree with 2POP..this is better to know than the horrible wonder of our imagination. I don't know what PKD will involve but I pray it's well controlled and you can get back to feeling whole again. {{{SM}}}

    Again I can't thank you enough. We went out to celebrate tonight at my favorite Chinese place. It is owned by a parent of one of my students. They pulled him from my class--he speaks no English and I speak no Mandrin. He needed an ELL teacher, but he is one of my favorites, and he always has a nice smile and wave. Someday I hope to actually get him to talk!

    SM, I've been quietly praying for you in my corner. You *have* managed to channel Emma! Way to go getting that hospital straightened out. I have a friend who has PKD, treatment occasionally involves taking antibiotics and/or steroids. It seems to sort of flare up and go away. Chin up, friend!
