   This weekend my partner baked our pumpkin seeds with Tamari, salt, a lil olive oil and rosemary. Yum!

   Does anyone else have a special way they make pumkin seeds?

   Oh wow, memories of very salty/white pumpkin seeds sold in a red box as a kid!!! Otherwise just baked with oil/seasoning...yours sound yummy must try this year!

   Just found this thread while looking for another recipe. I love my pumpkin seeds dry toasted and then scattered on salads. Today I dry toasted slivered almonds,pumpkin and sesame seeds. Actually I slightly burnt my nuts!

   I like pumpkin seeds roasted with just a touch of salt. I haven't done that for years, but I used to do it when I worked in a preschool. The kids didn't like them very much, so I always had plenty for me.
