Housekeeping staff at the Hermitage Hotel in Mount Cook were called to help an American guest who complained she could not get her pizza out of the microwave.
It turned out she had in fact put the pizza in the safe in her room and activated the lock.

The Inn's where I worked as a Housekeeper have heated Jacuzzi-Whirlpool tubs that all have spectacular views of the bay & waterways of the islands.This is in addition to the bathroom/shower facility in each room.Many times I had to DEEP-clean amazing layers of grime from the tubs as some guests used them to clean off;when the shower(which is every bit as hot)is only 6ft. away!! AAUUGGHHHHHH!!(Oh well...) :)
