  3. Their habitat needs to be saved, and strong anti-poaching measures need to be put in place. If there's any way for their continued existence to benefit proximal villages, that would be of benefit, too.

    Unfortunately, there's still an insane amount of money to be made from selling tiger parts for medicinal purposes in China. As long as that continues, demand will continue - right down to the last wild tiger.

  6. IT's ridiculous the punishment for poaching tigers. Illegal traders and poachers can easily pay the fine and still make a hefty profit. But no one seems to do much other than sit back and bemoan their dwindling numbers. Really sad.
