Happy Halloween to one and all! The Cafe Kittehs are really excited, once again in all costume, they have the lights dimmed and candles burning. There are lit jack o lanterns all around. There is spooky music with sound effects in the background. Some kittens all are huddled in a pile looking for some love and to help them thru this scary day! There is a full fall buffet with everything made from apples and pumpkins! We also have any beverage you desire. Come in, help yourself and give the black kittehs an extra squeeze. And remember, be safe and have spooky day! HAPPY HALLOWEEN! MEOW!

My kittehs have curled up together on the down comforter and nestled in--it is cold here! Deuter knows that we are leaving--he was trying to get into the suitcase. Time to head out in a bit. Have to get the dogs to the sitter. I am tired! It is going to be a long week before there is any down time!

I bought a pack of miniature chocolate fish especially for tonight and NOT A SINGLE trick or treater! They manage to bamboozle me every year. Last year, I forgot to stock up because the year before no-one came. So of course last year, a group of kids turned up and all I had to give them was dark chocolate hastily hacked into bits which kids never really like.
So this year the little chocolate fish with their yummy pink marshmallow insides and NO ONE! I'll have to eat the whole packet myself now.....
NZ still isn't quite sure if it does Halloween or not. But since Guy Fawkes became a fizzer (it never really worked here in summer anyway), we need something to celebrate...

I have to go grocery shopping early today, Wayne has to get to the library to study a bit but I have to get food..something about eating.. so I have to get at the store right when they open so he can leave then come home so we can get the girls ready and then go to grandmas to show her then over to Elena's house. Sorry I disappeared, the post entitled 'Repetitive -- Meow meow meow' or something like that is actually from someone who's taken in an abandoned kitten with pus-closed eyes, any advice from experienced foster mums would be welcome...
MS, by the end of a week, if my current strike rate's anything to go by, I will have completely forgotten where I hid it, mind like a SIEVE these days...

Happy Halloween, all. I'll be glad to snuggle with any kits who aren't too sure about this spooky day - nothing scary here, I promise!
Lots to do before we leave for CA on Tuesday; have to go pick up my new eyeglasses, then I'm getting my hair cut this afternoon (and I have to trust my hair to a new person - my regular guy is out with the flu - ack!). I may need chocolate before the day is over :)

I am here still, was running off gobs of paper articles on 'How to wash DISHES' no less! Good friend's daughter is using the excuse @ 15 yrs old that she doesn't KNOW how to wash dishes, yeah crappy excuse in my book.
Hope that the goblins and spooky things only fly by and not settle on your shoulders this weekend :P

Windi hates Halloween because it involves the doorbell being rung and she is terrified of the doorbell. Poor baby - she doesn't realize this is the night for black kitties!
