  3. I do have to disagree with the 'women talk too much', come do my job and listen to the Chatty Cathy's on the radio channels....almost 95% male...

  5. jcat, thats because they don't want to have to 'listen' rather than 'hear' as they usually do. Have had an ongoing talk with some of the guys tonight on this subject and they seem to think that women as a whole just talk to talk.

  9. As a teacher, I can tell you the ones who are constantly having to be shushed in class and rehearsals are boys. The ones doing the shushing are girls.

  10. I agree w/you 100%, Eleniki! The boys in my classes always get upset with me when I have a girl run an errand for me. "You always pick a girl!" Well, if you can't behave in class, do you think I'm going to let you loose in school without supervision? Duh! Not all of the boys are chatterboxes, but I'd say a good 90% of the constant talkers are boys.

This is what happens at my house: I say something to Richard and he responds with uh huh/yes/nods and then asks me about whether he should do whatever concerning what I just said - I then just look at him until he says "You just said something like that, huh?" Duh!!!!! Then, since I have 3 men in the family - not all here at one time, Thank God!, I have to go through this routine way too many times!!!!
