After a long process, the holiday card list is DONE! Yes, I know, I thought by Oct 15th but I hadn't anticipated Wilma getting sick or my head blowing out. Anyhoo, please email me directly at mollycat71 at yahoo dot com if you didn't get it or if I don't have your email addy. I sent a test email first to see who yahoo would bounce back. It is different every time. Amazingly, NO ONE came back to me. Soooooo, I pray I got all the corrections right. Again, if you can't open it, let me know. I can send you a hard copy. Several folks have asked for one and I have NO PROBLEM doing that. I can run it thru the stamp thingee at work so $$ is not an issue. Thanks for allowing me to do this big project. It was an honor! AL--if you post your birthday here, everyone can just add it to their list. Or, just start a new thread for adding of birthdays. Seems like this would be the easiest way to do it, MC? Any ideas?

Amy - add my Thanks to all of the others for doing this for us. I am not able to access the list on this old pos computer that I usually use but - I do have the laptop that belonged to Richard's brother - he wanted us to have it when he passed and I am getting it up and running on the other desk right now to see if I can access it from that one. MC - You are an angel for taking on the List. Don't worry that it was late getting out. Your health and Wilma's health are more important. Glad that both are on the mend.
I did get the email but wasn't able to open it. Would you be able to save the file as '.doc' instead of '.docx' at the end of the file name?
The 'gingerknits' email addy is still active. I did change my password but I want/need to get a new email address. I'll pass along the new one as soon as I think one up. Great timing, eh?

Theresa - I don't know if this will help you (or anyone else), but it sounds like you're running an older version of Microsoft office - probably the 2003 version, and MC sent it in the 2007 version. God forbid Microsoft makes their next versions compatible - no, they want you to buy the new program of course!... anyway, you can go to their website - Microsoft dot com, and they have a conversion patch that will allow 2003 to read 2007 docs..... we had the same problem in my office, and this fixed it. You only have to download it once and then you will always be able to read the newer docs.......

Chey, 2007 is the most current version of MS office - try downloading the conversion patch - it fixed everything for my office.
