well I cant drink anymore, but that does sound good.
It is a very easy pie to make. I have one of those corer slicer things and I use tht to help prep my apples. Then I take the thick slices and cut them to make thin slices which stay a little crispy once cooked

its really easy karen, especially if you buy the crust ready made. I bet Jeff will have fun making it. Oh and I ofund out that sweets likes eating apples while slicing the apples the other day

wow, that sounds seriously good. And paired with the apple martini - yum. And it's all fruit, fruit is good for us, therefore apple martinis are health food.
