   Wow, it is already the llth month...llth hour of the year...time to get back on track before the Holidays take over our lives and eating habits! I feel a need to re-start my plan of attack on better behavior! More healthy eating habits combined with exercise, enough sleep and basic TLC for myself and those in my life/kits included! Maybe with a little extra left over to give to those in need too!

   Great idea JK, it would be a good time to get all those things that have been set aside, cleared up and ready to start fresh for December.
