  1. I have a few questions about it. My vet seems to not recommend it and my friend who is a vet tech for another vet says that they have seen problems with cats coming with bones in their digestive track that they can't pass and being sick and etc. Has anyone experienced this or is this pretty rare?

Also how much work is it to prepare raw versus your normal can or dry food? Right now I am feeding Sophie a high quality dry food and also Wellness wet. Thanks!

  2. Where the bones cooked? Did they feed over 10% bone when feeding raw? Did they not feed organs with that meal? Were they feeding any organs? How big was the bone? Did they warm up the raw by putting it in hot water (again cooking the bone)? Were they considering heart an organ and fed that as one when it isn't?

There are many not answered questions about what those owners were doing.

Raw food is a lot better for cats. I haven't ever seen them passing out cat chow at zoo's yet. They feed their big cats raw. Domestic cats are just the small version of lions etc :)

Its really not much work if you consider in the less vet visits and less time cleaning the litterbox.

If you have any questions about feeding raw just post them. I'll get to them as soon as I can. If I don't get to them its cause the power went out (really really windy and pouring right now).
