get back to job
while i'm not working:
1) keep regular appointments with doctors
2) get a good night's sleep (nonstop 11 pm to 7 am) every night
3) lower my A1C with diet (eat healthy)
4) exercise every day (also lowers A1C)
5) increase self esteem by reading, living life, writing in journal, etc.
6) get rid of everything in my life that does not work
7) reduce stress as much as possible
8) keep apartment clean, laundry done, dishes done
9) spend as little money as possible
10) have an agenda for every day and follow it
11) get out at least once every 2 days
12) limit caffeine intake, soda comsumption, spend less on soda
12) have some fun
i'm actually doing well on most of these. if i slip up, i don't berate myself, i just try to do better...
i'm trying to be the best person i can be...
