Ok i just found out my kitten does not like kitty litter on his feet. He will not do his business in a litter box (although he did at the house he just came from) but he will go on papers. I would rather him go in a litterbox...any suggestions how i can get him to do that???

Did you change the brand or type of litter that he was previously using? Cats are very particular and don't like change. Weekends are slow around here but i'm sure others will chip in when they come in. Otherwise just keep this bumped up till tomorrow!

If you put shredded papers in the litter box, you can probably get him retrained to using the box. After he's used the box for several days, you can slowly add litter to the papers.
Try to find out what kind of litter his first house used and mix that with the papers. If it's not the one you want to use forever, you can wean him off that litter and into the new one the same way - just mix the two litters and gradually increase the percentage of the one you want him to use.
Most cats do not like scented litters. The scent is there for humans but it's usually too strong for the cat.
Also, if you only have one litter box, you should add a second one for the second cat. They may both use one and then the other, but the rule of thumb is to have at least as many boxes as you have cats.
