In the USA, November signals our Thanksgiving holiday. In the spirit of this I thought it might be fun to post what each of us are thankful for. I will start.
My kitties, my TDK family, having a job in this economy, having a roof over my head, health insurance, my family, FF (most days), and believe it or not, my health (many are much worse off then me. I shouldn't complain).
Please share what you are thankful for.....

The broad spectrum of people I've met on TDK that would end up becoming 'My Family' & the most important part of my life & sanity. And I've been so,so lucky in that I've managed to stay healthy enuf to not get knocked off my feet. And I chime in with our Miracle Kid that so many out there are so much worse off than myself.
And Our most important...Kittenmaster...if not for him...I never would have met them all.
Duh! Of course our most wonderful KM!

I'm thankful that I still have a job (even if half of it is being moved to head office), my family, my cats, Internet access to TDK, my TDK friends, my health and wonderfully positive, miraculous people like Miracle Kid Amy in my life.

I am most thankful for my 2 healthy, beautiful girls, my husband who loves me and is a good hubby and father, my kitties, certain members of my family, my friends, my TDK family and their kitties, roof over our head, food in our bellies, my health(could be worse), inspirational people like our friend Amy, freedom, thankful I have lived to see 40(almost 41 in a month), people who love animals like myself...I think that's it right now :)

We don't do this in NZ but I think it's a nice custom! I am thankful I have my kind and supportive parents and brother, good friends, nice neighbours, good health and live in a beautiful part of a lucky country that has many problems and some poverty but does not know war, famine or extreme poverty, and that still tries (mostly) to take care of its citizens.
I am thankful for my good friends on TDK and my beautiful kitties and for knowing inspirational people like MC and Cheri! I am thankful for my little house and for having enough work to get by and for having access to beautiful books and music and wonderful stories on telly and in film.
And I'm thankful for this beautiful world with all its wonderful flora and fauna and hope we don't stuff it up any more than we have already done, because we depend upon it and its beauty feeds our souls.
I am thankful for my distant family and darling friends I've made through this site and for others whom I cherish; for a job I love, for good health, for a roof over my head and enough money to keep my head above water (barely or not, it's above water!), for two lovely cats, and for the freedom that comes from living in this country.
Lord, I thank You for all good things You give me, and help me to remember that all You give me is good!

I'm thankful for a roof over my head, food in my belly, and all the people and pets in my life who help me smile daily. I'm especially grateful for Glenn sharing my life; he makes it all so much better, each and every single day.

I am thankful for the many blessings I have in my life! Extended Family (immediate family has passed) TDK family, Special Friends, Kits, Health, Home, The Farm/Up North, Job/s, Having Wits about me w/Humor thrown in...Faith to be able to keep looking up & not sweat the small stuff! I am thankful for my TDK friends and the family we've established here.
I am thankful for my two furry boys and for Bobby doing so well getting off his meds and hopefully becoming healthier.
I am thankful for my family, though I rarely see them, and for my good friends who have become like family to me. People who invite me into their homes for the holidays, who offer advice, who I can count on when I need help and who are just there day in and day out. Since my family is so far away, friends mean a lot to me.
I am also thankful for my health and my job. It took another job for me to realize that I actually like working at the crazy gym!
Last but not least I'm grateful for GG having come into my life. Because of him,I'm happier than I've been in a long time.
I am thankful for a wonderful, supportive husband and two boys who have grown into responsible, loving and compassionate young men. For my 93 yr old mom who is my best friend, for the TDK family here, for the antics of "The Princess", Mitzi and the 18 yrs of love and memories of Redford. I am even grateful for the days I do have pain, because it reminds me to be grateful for the days when the pain is less. And lastly, I am grateful to live in Portland, OR because the accessibility for the disabled here is truly wonderful and far surpasses any other state I've ever been in.

I am grateful for my family and friends (TDK included), for the wonderful marriage I have, the roof over my head and the food that I eat. I am thankful for having a job that I love and the ability to pay the bills. I am thankful that I can get out of bed everyday and make my way in the world. I am thankful for my education and upbringing. I am thankful to live in the greatest country in the world...despite its politicians on both sides of the aisle!

I am thankful that God placed me on this earth and that HE loves me. I am thankful for my Husband, Children, Family and Friends - both those I can see in person and virtural (TDK) and those hooman and furrpersons.... they mean equally as much.....
.. I am thankful that I have my health, and that I live in a free country....
.... everything else in life is pretty much expendable....

I am so very thankful to all my New Zealand friends! The kids are creating their boards for social studies and I have to say that the New Zealand board is the most spectacular one yet!!! Tyler thanks you all--he thought he would never fit in. Seems that doing well has caught the appreciation of a few guys and the eye of a young lady as well!

What a good thread! I'm thankful that I still have a job, and that our company is somehow surviving in this very tough economy. I'm thankful for good friends. I'm thankful for my family (even if they drive me crazy sometimes). I'm thankful that I am still able to enjoy my two favorite hobbies - singing and sailing. I'm thankful to have a roof over my head - and that I can still afford it. I'm thankful for my church community - it's the place that keeps me grounded and able to handle all the other things that get thrown at me. And I'm very thankful that I live in a place where I am free to express myself and not live under oppression.
I am thankful I found this place and have made such wonderful friends. I am thankful that even though I don't come here as often anymore, my TDK family always makes me feel like I never left. :)
I'm thankful for my job, my good health, my family and my friends. I'm thankful to be in good spirits and good mental health. I'm thankful for my kitty babies - without them I'd probably not be a very happy person. And I would never have found TDK, either. I'm thankful for Kittenmaster.

I am very thankful for this warm, loving and accepting world-wide cyber family and all of your prayers and support.
I am thankful for my honey, regardless of our issues and problems.
I am thankful for my daddy, that he is still with us and is still a smart-a@@!
I am thankful for my health (and I'm gonna restart Thoroughly Dedicated Kits!)
I am thankful for my job, even though I don't like it and can't surf the net anymore (yet!) (been there 23 years today, btw).
I am thankful there are teachers like SM who went the extra mile to help her student, Tyler. I remember what it's like to not fit in (at every/any age).
