I just adopted a 7 year old ragdoll. I wondering what food would be best for her since her coat is long and very thick. What will give her the proper nourishment and also give her a great looking coat?

No dry food - dry food is called death kibbles/doom biscuits by some and IMO that is not an exageration.
Raw is the best for their fur and overall health. If you want to know more about raw feeding ask :)
Wet food if you can't do raw is going to the second best. Try to use by product free, no grain, low carb wet food.
