   Not likely to be a big T-day meal for me. I'll be painting and re-flooring a room in my house that weekend. Thank goodness for long weekends !!

   For this year Easy Modern #10 appealed to me or #2 Potluck/everyone bring a dish to pass! Not sure what it will be yet...

   Oh my, printing off the 'coconut pudding triangles' and adapting so I can eat by using coconut flavoured evaporated milk and Splenda. must do a trial run first to see if it works. If it does it will be my contribution for Christmas dinner, which is in the summer for us here at the top of the world. :-)

   I 'borrowed' four recipes from Thanksgiving 2.0, plus a cupcake recipe from one of the ads. Many of the others either were a bit more extravagant than I can swing this year or had ingredients to which I am allergic (tree nuts).

   Have a hard time thinking of a Thanksgiving Day menu--can't help but remember last year and my need for some recipes to wow Dad the chef. Cindy gave me some as she did so often. I think of Ron often now and wonder if he is okay--it has been awhile since I saw him post.
