   Hope everyone is doing well this evening! The great American barbecue was being prepared, but I have noticed the International Kittehs are bringing in a chef to temp the taste buds!!! I saw a French Pastery Chef and there are some great smells coming from the kitchen! I also saw an Italian Chef making fresh pasta! The fountains are flowing with sweet Mosel Wine from Germany.

   Thank you to the men and women that have served this country. Also a thank you to the men and women that take care of their countries as well.

   Pull up a chair and share in a night of thanksgiving to our freedoms!

   Good here..had a day of Abbie getting sick(too many pancakes) but shes in bed now and I hope its the same like last night..no peep out of her :)

   Evening MC, CM, SM and Joan (and Cheri who just snuck in after I posted). Having a frustrating day here where I am waiting on people to make decisions and do things so I can proceed with my work. Not getting a lot done! So I will hang out here and eat virtual pasta and pastry!

    Evening and afternoon all.....mmmmm lemon donut..I have to confess I ate 2 yesterday when I made the donut run. They were soooo good.
    Just cleaned up the kitchen and now trying to get Maddie into bed...that is always a process now. After the teeth brushing and the stories..she now cries out for something to drink or she has to go to the bathroom..etc...sigh..does it ever end.

    Ok - I'm off to babysit my manager's kids while she is in hospital overnight. Have to drive some horribly windy (and windy) and relatively unfamiliar streets to get to her place so heading out now. Back on later!

    Hi. I had today off and really enjoyed it. I had to run some errands but was delayed and so thankful I was. I help support (anyway I can) a young missionary couple to Indonesia. They are home right now for training (he flies into the bush or jungle country) and she and one of the little girls stopped by to see me this morning. I have only met them once but have gotten emails from them and try to email encouragement when I can. I love technology. It made my day

    Hi all! ... busy day at w**k, but had a nice dinner of ravoli, and am watching CMA awards with MIL.... Daughter flew out yesturday to attend (don't know how she managed tickets!).... so am watching to see if I catch a glimpse of her.... she's sitting in the "nosebleed" section, so I'm sure they won't film that section, but fun to know she's there..... she LOVES Taylor Swift - especially since she's a dead ringer for her in looks, and is also 19.....

    Yes, her best friend went with her, it was her birthday and her parents got a hotel room for them...... Daughter used her own money she had saved for her ticket... and Hubbs was conned out of some "spending cash"... LOL

    That's awesome, CTR! Hope you had a good visit!

    I played tennis this morning and got rained on, then met a friend, her daughter and her grandson for lunch, which was nice.
    I'm at the empty gym now. GG stopped by his parents' after his workout and won't be home for half an hour so I'm hanging out at the gym for a while.

    Club sounds fun MS! You are very young AV. Debra sleep is a good thing--wish more of those sleep hours could be strung together for you.

    I am yawning myself. I have a sick dog on my hands. It was a long night last night and looks to be the same. She is sleeping now. She held down a little chicken and rice--maybe she is getting better.

    .... MS, liver is probably the one food I can't bring myself to eat, but I have to say, your's sounds delicious!..... maybe I'll have to go to NZ to eat it!..... LOL
