  1. Hi there, we just got a ragdoll kitten approx 8 weeks old. He is so adorable and yet to be named - quetion tho, he seems to pant a fair bit while he sleeps. Is this normal do you think? I can't get over how bloody cute he is :)

  2. Welcome Beclou - another Aussie! I don't have a ragdoll, but I know there are others that do who will be on later.

  3. Hi Beclou and welcome! Other ragdoll owners will post, I'm sure! I am not familiar with any kitts that young, I adopt older cats. I can't wait to see his picture!!!

  4. I had Max (RIP) that was a Ragdoll mix. I don't remember that he panted very hard. Though I got him when he was 7 months old. What I remember is how beautiful he was and how he loved to drape himself around my neck. Ragdolls seem to be very mellow and loving. Be sure to brush him as he will get matts in the ruff around his neck, which is typical of Ragdolls or cats with longer fur. Can't wait to see a picture of your new baby.

  8. Yes, Taco is a purebred Ragdoll, and quite a handsome fellow. Panting is usually a sign of being too warm. Has he been to his first vet visit yet? That's where you can get advice.
