Happy Tuesday one and all! Last day of work for me for a while (yay!, well sort of) so I am gonna be busy cranking out the work. A fully stocked buffet from Bob Evans and Dunkin Donuts to suit your fancy. Its cold, grey an wet here today so I am having myself a large mug of hot cocoa with marshmallows. Hope your day/afternoon/evening go great and you can stop in and hug a kitten!

Rough night for me, visiting the bathroom :-( Darn near everything upsets my digestion these days, so I may as well eat big in the virtual breakfast cafe. Hubs made me a bagel sammie, I'm munching on that while sipping coffee and typing.

Hello all! Sio, thanks for Hermes yesterday, he was a good boy and brought me happiness and comfort. I could go for a Boston Cream donut and a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. That little grey and white kitten in the corner is eyeing me up for a lap so I think I'll have a seat. *kitten comes running at top speed, then purrs and kneads in Joan's lap*

Yes, I don't go to the hospital until 11am. I will check in in the morning. Right now I have no one going to the hospital with me so I will be alone. Not sure if I will have someone there to let everyone know I am thru surgery and recovering. IF I do I will try to have them contact CM (jen) like the last time. Surgery starts at 1pm CST and could go until about 5pm CST (at the latest).

In between getting my work done and answering the phone (at the receptionist desk as she has taken the day off), I'm able to check in the cafe from time to time.

Morning all! I have been up for hours, but having a hard time focusing today. The pain was wicked this morning. I am trying to not take pain meds. I finally broke down and took a percocet and DeuterBug is curled up next to me and hubby put a fire in. I am fading fast!
I have been listening to Christmas music for weeks.

I play Trans Siberian Orchestra throughout the year, so I play Christmas music all the time. I used to just hate Christmas with a passion. No matter what I did people were unhappy. I learned that I am responsible for my happiness and not theirs. I have been given the gift of Christmas again--because of a very patient man and the best kid anywhere! The tree will go up next week and the halls will be decked! Today I will even work on Christmas cards! I love this time of year!
