   Warning, there is at least one old thread -- "Deaf Kitten" -- which has suddenly been replied to, seemingly by valid replies BUT beware that there are strange links embedded within the replies tempting readers to click on them. If you check the identity of the posters, you will find they joined TDK only minutes earlier than the replies posted. This seems a new nasty form of spamming TDK.

   So please be careful and DO NOT click on those links or any embedded into any other thread replies.

   I've reported this to Kitten Master on the Deaf Kitten thread.

   Be vigilant, cautious, and careful to safeguard your computers. Don't fall for the bait from the bad guys and make darn sure your anti-virus security is up to date.

   Okay folks, three threads have been compromised so far by the spammer posting seemingly legit replies to threads but with embedded spamming links in the posts.

   The Pasta Diet and Your Health
   I Killed My Kitten
   deaf kitten?

   Those three threads have the fake posts by EDE.FOR88 and YOU.YOU.

   If any thread has any links posted within a reply, be certain the poster is a longtime, well known and trusted member of TDK and that the link is clearly something trustworthy. When it is a random nonsense looking link embedded in the middle of a reply post, we can be certain it must be spam and likely a link to a site that is potentially dangerous that can infect your computer.

   Be careful and vigilant. When in doubt, just don't ever click on a link!!!

   I noticed these popping up yesterday! This person has numerous logons but they all seem to have simillar names with the same links in the text. They are pulling up old threads and adding new comments. I believe I have counted approx. 11-12 different logons.

   I reported them last night with 2 new threads they started. The name Fiona seems to appear often with this. It would be great if KittenMaster could band their computer from the site. I hadn't counted as many logons--I'm getting slow in my old age!

    apparently not. the variety and vast amount of attention wh0res in this world is mind boggling, and frankly a bit unnerving. to think they waste their time like this here, what kind of things they must carry out in real life as well to 'fulfill their needs' for attention. sad and pathetic really.
