Hi AV, Mr MS would go to sleep and start snoring loudly and knows it's best for his own safety if he doesn't come with us, although I'm sure we could make sure the bruises we inflict don't show.!

AV, my weekly gardening newsletter had an article about growing your own peanuts, I might give it a try if I can find out where to get the seed nuts from. The article failed to mention where.

Evening, stopping in before getting serious about dressing for w***. The crew has been fed their last wet bit of food for the evening, small load of wash is in the dryer and I have 35 mins before I leave. Hope that all those heading off to dreamland, sleep well and wake refreshed for the weekend and if feeling poorly, to begin to feel better.
Soxsmom, did you see the question that BB left for you a bit ago? Didn't know if you missed it, hadn't seen anything after that.
MS, I haven't a clue on where to get the seeds for peanuts but hmmm since we eat them they have to grow somehow.
If I don't make it back in a few mins, then it will be after the witching hour....ta ta and all that or hi ho, hi ho, and off we go!!!

It's 1.00am here in NZ, it's been 6 hours since the last posting...the night is breezy in NZ and cool to cold in USA ..... so time to close Night Shift and snuggle under the comforters, so here goes...good job everyone & bless you...
check - turns fountains off
check - sweep the floor (never know who has been tossing stuff around)
check - lights off and turns out neon "TDK Night-Shift" and "Poetry Jam" sign in window
check - night lights glowing gently, puts on cool jazz radio for ambiance and stragglers check - cat flaps swings creeeeeeeek (pulls out WD-40), check cat flaps again to ensure they swing quietly and effortlessly
check - doors closed, left just ajar so fuzzbutts don't come to us with complaints
check - dry kibble out as a midnight snack (so hopefully no 5 am breakfast wake-up call) and freshens litter-box. Puts away assorted fuzzy, squeaky cat-toys into Toy-Boxcheck - windows slightly open for Northern TDKers' spring and closed for Southern TDKers' autumn.
Goodnight to all our imaginary friends in TDK land, Goodnight Airy and Jim-man. White light,healing energy and prayer for all those in need. Be careful out there! Bless all those whom have left before us, please watch over us >^..^<

Airy and I went out and saw a film and now I'm well and truly awake. Had a warm milk drink so hoping I'll drop off relatively quickly when I do go to bed.
I've been looking for wraps/shrugs/boleros for the wedding party. With the wedding in April here it's at the beginning of Autumn and the weather could be hot or cool. It's difficult to find what I'm imagining at the moment.Posted 2 years ago by Moonshadow_NZ #

Hi CM, Wayne will be fine. Sending Positive Vibes for Wayne to ace the test and remain cool and calm. The freaking out suggest that he has done his study. Mr MS went for his heavy trailer truck license last week and he was freaking out too but he passed with no worries. I mean talking in his sleep freaking out, I was just waiting for him to start beeping like a reversing vehicle and I would have been out of bed just in case. LOL

Morning, all. I got a much better night's sleep last night, having taken care of the work c**p that was bothering me. Got woken up by a gently poking Georgie nose, but not until it was actually his breakfast time (yay! he's usually early). Have a few errands to do today, but did some of them yesterday so the weekend wouldn't be so busy.
CM, how did Abbie sleep last night?

Morning Kilroy...Abbie was better..she woke up about 11 and I went in there...calmed her down...left..she cried...went in there after 10 minutes..calmed her down...left and she slept till 12:15...well 45 min of sleep wasn't going to cut it so I let her cry..after 20-25 minutes of crying she fell asleep till 5:30..she woke up..I went in there calmed her down and she's been asleep since..so all in all not bad..we could be better and hopefully we will be.

I'm good. Mike just called from the tennis courts in Central Park; they were late opening up so he's going to be late getting home, which is OK because I've got errands to do (I should also go to the gym, but don't know yet whether that's going to happen :) )
George was running around like a little kid this morning, but now he's exhausted :) Rough life, being a cat.

I can not get a break! My cat jumped on me. Hubby did the steri strip thing to hold my staples together. Only one looks bad. Not leaking much so waiting it out at the moment. Pain was wicked. Teaser was being chased by Deuter--apparently sleeping Mom's abdomen looked safe. 2 hours after the event Teaser climbs out from under the bed--my scream and howl in agony scared her. She sits by my head and I have instant fear and she says "meow." I yelled for hubby that she was back to finish me off! If it didn't hurt, this might be humorous. At the moment I am not laughing.

How's everyone today? I'm tired. Hung out with GG last night after work. Spent a couple of hours browsing Barnes & Noble together and then hung out and watched tv til 1:00. Had to get up at 6:45 to run and walk my friend's dogs before work. Yawn!
Auntie Ellen just called and told me she'd seen an awesome reclining leather chair at a garage sale that I may want. I told her to buy it and she did - for $5.00! So now, after work I have dogs to walk, a chair to go pick up, Bob to go give a pill and then hopefully Panera with my friend. A nap would be nice at some point!
