  2. Amy, you are beautiful. And you are one of the most incredibly courageous persons I've ever known. You are in my prayers. God love you, because you obviously love the life He gave you enough to be one tough figher. {{{gentle hugs}}}

  3. You are one brave lady,you look like you're tired and in pain but your beautiful spirit is obvious and you never,ever look bad. Your scar looks clean but I couldn't see it that clearly(former surgical nurse). I am encouraged by how you look. [[[[[[[Gentle hugs]]]]]]

  6. Funny you say that, I said the same thing to him and he RUNS from the camera! I mean RUNS from it!

  7. That's okay. There are some of us who are very camera shy. I can relate.

    What really counts is his apparent outstanding character and kindness. That makes up for camera shyness every time!

  8. Amy, you look tired but beautiful. You have such beautiful pale skin and gorgeous hazel eyes. I was nervous to look at the incision but it actually looks like very clean and not scarey at all. You are so brave!

  9. MC, you don't look scary at all. The roses are beautiful - I think someone really likes you :)

  10. OMG, you look fine: most people who have a scar that long on the back of their head have been donated to science and medicine (if you catch my drift). God has plans for you.

  11. You're fine, Amy! It looks like this scar is healing nicely. Hope that trend continues.

  16. Amy!!! OMG...You look fantastic!!! As for the incision.....I'm no nurse (maybe for the kits) but, all things considered that your poor head has been thru,I think it looks great! Like has been said...your Beautiful Spirit,your Love of Life & your Amazing Will to Conquer any obstacle is just Heavenly amazing. I Love you for being such a fighter. And FF is 1 very lucky man w/good taste in women & flowers. He's not alone being camera shy. My sister can't get a more recent pic of me that isn't at least 20 yrs.old. :)
    Lots of Loving Prayers to You still coming as you continue to heal. You getting thru this has been 1 of the best Christmas presents ever!

  21. Oh owwwwiieee, MC! The incision looks clean and dry which makes me very, very happy. Just think of the incision as your badge of courage because you certainly have earned a huge badge. And those are gorgeous flowers :-)

  28. Wow! You seem to have been to h..l and back, MC. I'm so glad you are on the mend now. You are truly a beautiful person, and we at TDK are all behind you.
    Just a quick note (which may be interesting to you or not)...you and I have matching scars! Mine is in the same place, just about the same size. I had a tumor (benign) taken off my spinal cord about 15 years ago. They kept me in an induced coma for 4 days--then there were several weeks of recuperation and rehab. Ugh! I'm fine now, with just some fused vertabrae, so motion is limited (like turning my head to look both ways for cars, etc.) But I'm SO happy that you are ok.

  29. Amy - I have to agree, you are a beautiful person - both inside and And I don't think you look rough at all! I look worse than that just getting up in the morning! And I'm so glad that your incision is finally healing well. Now - continue to take it easy and let FF continue to spoil you!
    :-D

  30. Amy, if that's you looking tired and rough then you must look stunning on an ordinary day. You're beautiful, inside and out. The flowers are gorgeous, what a pity they had to toss the first bouquet though. Your incision isn't at all scary, it's a symbol of better things ahead for you. The chiari surgery diagram really helped to explain what and how they are improving things for you.
