  3. This is timely, as I received a lovely christmas card from my best friend, who understands how we feel about our fur children, now departed. It said 'Wishing you a happy christmas. To you, to yours and to the loving memory of those who shine with the stars above'. With a picture of a pine tree, and a snowman, looking up to a beautiful dark star-studded sky. What a lovely thought, that they are shining with the stars above....

  5. Emma I put the story altogether and printed it. I read it in front of the fire tonight to my family. My daughter had heard it, and her eyes shone with a very happy tear. My husband said, "My calicos?" I said yes I told about them. He had tears running down his face. Of course I could barely speak the word Sox. This has to be an absolute favorite gift of all times! Mike said he feels more at peace--he knows that those we loved are taken care of, and the Great Wolf in the service of our Saviour created such warmth and peace.

THANK YOU EMMA!! Thank you from all of us.

  10. That was truly beautiful Emma. I'm only sorry I wasn't online in time to add Mum's Bones, but I'm sure he was there on the sidelines (he wasn't terribly socialable in life, so I doubt if the Bridge has changed that!)

    Merry Christmas to you :o)

  11. Thank you Emma. (hugs) That was beautiful. I like to think that each of my beloved kittehs becomes a new star in the sky when they cross the Bridge.

  12. Emma, I cried like a baby but it was all good! Thank you for the lovely story you brought to us. What a beautiful lesson it contained. I know all the kittens/cats that passed thru my life were there too, in the background taking in the beautiful star and awed by a visit from our Dear Saviour. How lovely to know they are lucky enough to be with Him. I cannot wait for more stories from the wolf.
