    Well they got an ice storm in Indiana so Molly didn't get to the vet today. My mom did end up calling the vet and he said it sounds like my mom is doing all the right things. He said to continue and keep an eye on her and to call in tomorrow with her status. Ho hum.

    My prayers for the sick Kitty, it might be good for your MOm to call the Dr. in case its an emergency, Im not an expert but, a friend of mines dog had an abscess and was taken quickly to the vet,so to care for it as soon as possible,because the infection can spread throughout the body,and that can be real trouble. If there closed on weekends,they have to be use to emergency calls. Best of luck,and prayers.

    If its snowing,do they have pick up service at the vets, in emergencys some vets will come out for the animal on weekday evenings and weekends,if the cat will need help suddenly. Also the Spca,has vet care and lower costs than regular vets,they dont do pick up service I dont think.Hope all goes well. best wishes and prayers.

    Is there news about Molly the Cat? My Leo, who had a horrific abcess just prior to Christmas is doing great and doesn't even remember that he was sick! (I think he gained back the pound he lost at dinner on Christmas day. He has quite an appetitle.)
