   i need help with my kitten it is 3 days old.one day i went to check on my cats and my cat had ate 4 kittens head off and as my mom went down to check on the cat but she went to get the other one but just in time my mom got it now i feed it but it was not pooping but it has some little thing comeing out of it butt.but it only comes out when i feed it.i need help bad

   Kittens don't poop every day. And they need stimulation to poop. See the pink tags in the upper right hand corner of this page.

   mommy cats dont usually eat their kids unless there is something seriously wrong with them. It sounds like your kitty might have a birth defect - being born without an anus, which would make it impossible for him to poop. Has he pooped at all since you got him from the mommy? If he has, you probably just need some more info on stimulating him to toilet properly. Will go scratch through my notes to find the website with the info . . .

   The birth defect I was talking about is called artresia ani, and usually vets have to put the kittens to sleep, since they are too tiny to be operated on. I hope everything works out for you and your kitten =)

   I never took care of a kitten that young. There are people who know a lot more than me in this forum. Please read the information at the websites in this very helpful post:

   The kitten should be helped to stay warm (but not too hot!)and hydrated. I have never heard of a Mother cat acting that way. Can your Mother help you take care of the kitten? If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?

   Did you notice BriBri's location? Makes me wonder.

   If this person's request for help is real, then I would hope that they would receive the help they need. But if this is a troll, then the thought of somebody not having anything better to do than to post messages like this bothers me.
