I'm wondering too.

She is doing better! She woke me up a couple times this morning by running around the bed. I don't know why she insists on using my face as a jumping port. I checked her litter box when I rolled out of bed and there was soft stool, not exactly diarrhea, but not normal either. I'm hoping this means she is getting over whatever was upsetting her tummy. I was sad to leave her for work because she was in such a playful mood, but I had to :(.
Thank you so much for everyone's concern! I hope everyone is having a great day/week!

Well, here we go again. Back to the vet with Sasha again tomorrow. I'm thinking her diarrhea was just the medicine, but now she has watery eyes and has been chewing the fur off of her paws. She even still sneezes from time to time. The vet believes there is something else wrong with her other than just the URI. Tests for Miss Sasha tomorrow :( Bless her little heart.

Chewing the fur off her paws could be the result of an allergy. Is her litter scented? That could be bothering her.

Poor Sasha! She has such beautiful markings--I've never seen a cat with a face like hers. Antibiotics kill all bacteria, even the good ones in the intestinal tract. We humans get the same problem. I take acidophilus (sp) to replace them, but don't know if you can give it to a kitten. Prayers she recovers quickly.

I was thinking it was the litter too, Cheetah, so I bought a different kind. Right now they are mixed because I had some of the old litter left, and because I don't know for sure if it's the litter, I used the rest.
I was thinking about using that Sour Apple stuff made to keep pets from chewing, but I didn't know if it was a good idea because she cleans her face with her paws and I didn't want it to get into her eyes. Have any of you used this?
Thank you for the positive thoughts! I will give you an update when I get back from the vet today!

Welp, she's got ringworm on her paws. It's really a relief that it's not something more serious. I mean, I know it is, but you know what i'm talking about. And the vet said she may just be one-allergy-filled cat because nothing else was wrong!! :D :D But I do have to give her a pill, two oral medicines, rub ointment on her paws AND give her an antihistamine. She's my problem child ;)
