I was just coming by to say goodnight and saw this! Thank you!!!! Means the world to me and now my birthday is complete that my family has remembered me! Okay, okay, 45 is not OLD! Actually, I was thinking today, that I weigh less than I did when I was 25 and in many respects am healthier and getting in better shape, so yeah, I am getting better!

Happy B-day lainey !
Age is simply a number. I will 55 in a few months and I work out with a trainer twice a week, dance hula (and perform same), play racquet ball when I have someone to play with, and am in the midst of painting all the interior doors in my house... which means taking them down, removing the door knob and the hinges, sanding, painting and putting back up. Age does not limit what we do !

Thanks everybody! You are all correct, 45 is not old! I guess cuz I'm so mentally and physically tired right now I let it get to me, but you what, after reading your comments and knowing what I AM doing for myself, I'm gonna be strong and healthy for a long, long time!

Now, back to sleep for two more hours and then to w**k for a few (I'm changing jobs in a week and wanna clean my new and old desk, etc). I'm going to give myself a break today and watch football, even if my Raven's aren't in. I LOVE the NFL!
