  2. Welcome back, WWM, it was good that you were able to be with your friends, I'm sorry to hear about Mr. WWM's Mother. I hope she will surprise you all and recover from this.

  3. WWM and Mr. WWM, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I know you just went thru an emotionally draining time with your friends and now to find out about Mr WWM's mom is really a lot. I pray the stroke was mild and that "mom" will still be functional and be able to enjoy all the things she enjoys in life. Hugs to you both! Gini, your tea sounds amazing!

  4. Good afternoon ladies!
    Prayers for Mr WWMs mother and family. Thoughts of healing, comfort and love.
    Gini-Wow what a day. This is your last year isn't it?
    The other day I was in the grocery store and heard the clerks singing Happy Birthday. When I got to the check out I asked who had a birthday. The clerk said they were singing to a customer who had turned 91. She walks 3 miles a day and comes to the store everyday.

  7. I didn't see that you posted and sent an email. Again, please know my prayers are with you all.

  8. Teresa this is my last semester in undergraduate school. 3 more months and I'm done! Then it's off to graduate school for another 3 years (does it ever end?). I'm more excited about graduate school though because it's in a subject I like better than my undergrad degree and it is much more hands on preparing me for a career.

  9. SM, thank you for your incredibly special email. {{{{{{{SM}}}}}}}}

  10. I'm so sorry to hear about Andy's mom, WWM! I hope she recovers fully and will keep her in my prayers.

    Teresa, how sweet of the people at the store to sing to the lady. And how awesome to still be able to walk 3 miles to a store daily at that age!

    I had a crazy first day at the tournament today - and today was supposed to be a light day, just getting ready for the tournament! We had a million calls, cars to pick up, errands to run and all kinds of issues popping up. I had to take a guy to the hotel on my way to work and since we can't keept the porsches overnight this year, now I have to go back out there tonight and swap it with my own. Yawn!

  11. (((WWM))) I am so sorry about Mr. WWM's mother and for the passing of your friend. You will be in my constant thoughts and prayers. Some years are more difficult than others, but know you can get through them with friends and family and a shoulder to lean on.
    Gini, I wish I was in your position. I never had the chance to go to college and I feel like I have missed out on so much. I know it's a lot now but when you are my age(41) it will seem like so long ago:) You can do it...we are proud of you!!

  12. Mr. WWM, may your mother recover soon and hopefully with little effects of the stroke. {{{Hugs WWM, Mr. WWM and Mr. WWM's Mum}}}

  13. Gini-You'll be surprised. Three years will go by pretty quick.
    GD-Busy day indeed. To bad you can't keep a Porsche for the duration of the tourney.
    AV-What's for dinner?

  14. WWM, so sorry to hear about your mother-in-law. I hope she can carry on with a good quality of life. Sometimes it seems it never rains but it pours!

  15. I'm so sorry, WWM. One of my best friends' mum has just had a stroke too and is facing the same issues. It is a very difficult time. {{{WWM, Mr WWM and Mr WWM's mum}}}

    MC, I'm so sorry you're so worried. It is horrible worrying about money. Please don't take on too much, you're still recovering.

    GD, you get a Porsche? Way to go :)

  17. Oh Teresa, thanks for sharing that sweet story about the cashiers singing Happy Birthday to that dear old lady! Awwww how special. All that walking must have really helped toward her great health! Bless her!

  18. Hugs and special prayers for WWM, Mr.WWM and "mom" especially. May she have complete healing. Sorry about losing your dear friend, but glad you could be there for the family and help out when needed. God bless each of you!

  19. Yeah JCAT, its tough. It would seem that in this tough economy they would be willing to work with me and accept payments. I think they would IF it weren't the case that I had TWO brain surgeries. ONE surgery is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars so you can imagine what TWO costs. No one cares that I owe anyone else, they only want THEIR money. Honestly, in my heart of hearts I really don't know if I will ever be able to pay it all off. Its too overwhelming. I don't even own a house and I have bills bigger than FF and he owns TWO houses. :(

  20. Yep, Jcat, a brand new Panamera - it's awesome!

    Teresa, had I used my mind and taken one of our suvs, I could have kept it. Porsche is being difficult about their cares this year - the other years we got to take them overnight. Makes sense since often have early morning pick-ups to do before being at the site at 7:00am.

  21. Amy--email me at smeryl at sbc global dot net, ok? I, hopefully, have some great advice for you. Years ago, I had a ton of medical bills so I might be able to help you.

    Evenin', GD!! I went into Panera Monday and tried to order their new mac and cheese, but didn't see it on the menu. Stupid me---30+ hrs. later it hit me that I went to Corner Bakery instead :)

  22. *Waves* to all!.... had Butternut squash ravioli for din din tonite!.... made it a while back , and have frozen "packs" to do in a quickie!.... takes about 15 mins. from start to finish to put a quick sauce on, and boil the fresh/frozen pasta!.... combine with leftover yummy pineapple coleslaw from last night, and it's a meal!....

  23. I have to ask what ever happened to just reading a book?????????????? Do you hear my frustration yet? I have lexiled 4 pages of books because heaven forbid they are not reading to their target optimum! Give them good literature and I assure you they will at least get through it, if they don't end up loving it by the end!!

    Posted 2 years ago by SoxsMom #

  24. FH, I sent you an email!

    Posted 2 years ago by mollycat71 #

  25. FH, the mac and cheese at Panera rocks!

    Posted 2 years ago by mollycat71 #

  26. Okay....Now I want Panera...I want a tuna sammie with the mac and cheese!

    (((((MC))))

    Posted 2 years ago by cricketsmama #

  27. CM, that is what I order every time. A pick two, 1/2 tuna salad sammie and mac-n-cheese! Nom, nom, nom.....

    Posted 2 years ago by mollycat71 #

  28. We were just there and we hardly go!! I ordered their broccoli cheese soup and bacon/Turkey sammie....
    sigh...now we have to go back.

    Posted 2 years ago by cricketsmama #

  29. I give my friends and family credit. For Chirstmas and Birthdays I always get at least one Panera gift card!

    Posted 2 years ago by mollycat71 #

  30. That's nice...it's a nice treat for yourself, get a "free" meal. They have good food too.
