Sad Email--Terri's Birthday

    Terri Pickett's (johnandterri352****.com) birthday is on Saturday February 27th. Terri will be 49 years old.

  2. I saw somthing else, think it wsa from CM, about here. Any threads tagged that I can learn about her? she must have been so very special. My prayers for my TDK family that knew her and are sad.

  3. CW..I got my email about Terri's birthday yesterday. It took me by surprise and it made me so sad. I knew her birthday was next Sat, but was trying not to think about it. I had forgotten to take her birthday off my calendar. Seem too final...I did do it yesterday though. Felt guilty for doing it too.

  4. Gosh guys, its such a sad occasion. But I think everyone who knew her is better for having known her. I am a little sad I didn't get to know her. I was a newbie and didn't really know people with their "screen names" so well. RIP Terri, please watch over all your TDK friends and of course, your darling John. They are all sad. (((JOHN)))

  5. Lainey...she was a wonderful lady and her hubby John is awesome. She became "unofficial grandmother" to my girls. She called me almost daily and would send the girls stuff all the time. She was the one who organized my online baby shower for Abigail in 2008...She was just so bubbly and fun and just one of the nicest people I have had touch my life. I had never met her in person, but we became fast friends and family. I talked to her the night before she passed, and I wish I could have said more. When John called me the next night to tell me Terri was gone, it was the most surreal feeling. I still miss her so much. She was a very loved and valued friend.
    The anniversary of her passing is May 30th...I know that will be a hard day for me. ((Terri))

  6. CM I know there are no words that help with the loss, but you know that Terri is not far away--she is always looking after you and the girls. She will dwell in your hearts until you can see each other again.

  9. Thanks CW, for posting this.
    This is the link to pictures of Terri and John when they visited us in Aug '08. The last time I saw Terri last year I gave her a printed version of the TDKers Birthday wishes for her and she really enjoyed that.

  11. Terri will always be remembered. She was wonderfully sweet. I've saved every card she ever sent me. Something I could never think of parting with.
